  • The reservation program is encrypted to protect your credit card information. The reservation program updates itself automatically and will have the latest information on availability and discounted rates.

  • Reservations can be made by phone between 10AM and 7PM.
  • One night stays are accepted unless otherwise indicated by management.
  • A credit card deposit equal to the full amount of your stay, including any ticket or attractions requested, is required for reservations. The Peace and Plenty Inn accepts American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa cards.
  • All rooms are double occupancy. A $35 charge will be assessed for each additional guest. The Serenity Suite #2 and Serendipity Suites #5 can accommodate a roll away bed for an extra person. The other suites cannot accommodate a roll away bed.
  • SPECIAL EVENT & HOLIDAY RATES: A minimum length of stay at the standard nightly rate or higher is required over all Florida state and federal holidays or during special events. If the online booking information contains an error of any type or for any reason, regardless of fault, the Peace and Plenty Inn reserves the right in such cases to cancel, at no charge to the guest, such reservations based on incorrect information or computer error.

Terms
We will make every effort to accommodate the particular needs of our St. Augustine Inn guests. Please make certain to contact the management if you want to deviate from the standard guidelines listed here. Our intimate small scale provides unparalleled ambiance and elegance but prevents us from accommodating every guest's circumstances like a large chain hotel. Your enjoyment and comfort are our primary concerns and we can usually adapt to meet your needs. We have listed the following guidelines to help us keep the inn moving smoothly in order to best serve you. We look forward to having you stay with us.

Check-In and Check-Out:

  • Check-in begins at 3PM and ends at 7PM. Guests are welcome to park their car in the driveway after 1PM. There is only one parking place for each room.
  • Late Arrival: Guests who will be arriving after 7PM must notify the Inn so additional staff may be arraigned to process their reservation. There is a $25 charge for this service.

Cancellation and Failure to Check-In Policy:

  • Deposits are refundable, less a non-refundable $50 reservation fee per room reserved, if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation date. The $50 will be applied as a credit to your next stay.
  • Guests canceling their reservation within 24 hours of the reservation date will be charged the first night's rental fee for each room reserved and any nonrefundable attraction tickets or services the guest reserved.
  • No-Shows: Your reservation will be held until 10AM the day following your arrival date, after which the room will be released. No adjustments will be made for a no-show. Guests who do not cancel their reservation will be charged the full amount of their entire reservation, to include any tickets or fees for attractions, services and events.
  • Certain tickets and services with independent vendors, such as the massage therapy reservations and private carriage pick ups are nonrefundable. The times cannot be changed for these tickets and services once the reservation is made. Custom Care Packages are available such as flowers, chocolates, gift baskets, antique dolls. Important:

  • Taxes are additional: 10%= (6% FL sales tax) + (4% municipal bed tax).
  • Pets can be accommodated in the Serendipity Suite #5 and Rhapsody Suite #6. There is a $35 charge for the pet.
  • The Peace and Plenty Inn is a no smoking and drug free establishment. Any evidence of smoking in the suites will result in a $100 cleaning charge.
  • CANDLES and OPEN FLAMES ARE NOW STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN GUEST'S ROOMS BY LAW. Use of open flame devices of any sort cannot be allowed inside of guest quarters. Any evidence of the use of candles or open flame devices will result in a $100 charge. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and we have provided wonderful electric fireplaces as a safe alternative in order to provide you with the romantic ambiance for which the Peace and Plenty Inn is renowned.
  • The Inn's atmosphere and accommodations are inappropriate for children under age 13. Families with children under 13 can sometimes be accommodated if they book the entire carriage house apartment (Serendipity Suite #5 and Rhapsody Suite #6). We usually bring a continental breakfast to your door so the family can dine together in their rooms. Families may also enjoy their continental breakfast in the garden if they wish.
  • The management reserves the right to change these fees, dates, and times without prior notice and to adjust them for guests with peculiar circumstances.
  • Rates may vary by season, holidays, special event weekends.
  • All offers and rates are subject to change without prior notice and are offered at the sole discretion of the management.
  • Damages attributable to guests will be assessed to their credit cards upon discovery.
