This beautiful home comes fully furnished for you and your family. We have an on site guard named Pepe' that lives in his own home on the property and is a wonderful, kind, older gentleman.
The home also rents with a full time chef/maid for your complete comfort. She is absolutely amazing and only lives about a mile away. The beach in front of the home is known as one of the most premier beaches in all of Latin America, and that is why Jack Nicklaus is putting "Seaside Mariana" only a couple miles south of our home. The beach shelf is so gradual that in low tide, there is about 100 yards of beach exposed. We also own a vacant lot about 250 yards north of the home. This lot IS ON THE WATER and is included in the rental for your enjoyment. Although the house is only about 60 yards from the water, this lot serves as a great shaded area while your family is playing in the water all day.
